Microscopic Bone structure is used as an Architectural Element:

Supporting and Formative– ideal biomimetic structure for spanning large spaces such as the spacious multi-storey foyer

Exchange–structure used in all areas to symbolise the exchange and meeting places ( e.g. also waiting rooms) in between visitors, patients and clinical personal, exchange in between the „green“ exterior and „green“ interior of the building ( including conservatories)

Protective Function –biomorphic spaces have for humans a protective atmosphere

Connecting Link – between different policlinics and the public, interior and exterior spaces (e.g. coverage of terraces, conservatories)
